ELITE WORKOUTS - U16 Champs, U18 & Division 1 Women
ELITE Workouts are only suited for U18, WABL Championship & NBL1 women. These high-intensity sessions are structured similarly to Division 1 collegiate workouts to best prepare our athletes for the next level in their basketball careers.
These sessions focus on advanced ball handling, creatively finishing at the ring, improving the mid range game and becoming better overall scorers in 1x1 settings.
ELITE Workouts are offered by our Her Hoops Coaching Director, current American import and former Division 1 NCAA athlete, Mak Dyer.
