HER HOOPS GROUP
Our signature training program for U12 – U18 WABL athletes
Her Hoops Group sessions focus on the development of key basketball skills, such as ball-handling, shooting, passing and attacking the basket. Live-action and competitive drills are also incorporated throughout the session to prepare the girls for specific game situations. In addition to on-court work, this program incorporates functional movement and fitness training using the PRAMA system, which uses LED interactive units to provide an exciting form of exercise for our athletes.
Her Hoops Group sessions are led by Coaching Director, Mak Dyer, along with some of Western Australia’s other top female basketball players from the NBL1 - West & WNBL.
Term 2 Session Times
U12 & U14: Wednesdays from 4.30 - 6PM
U12 & U14: Saturdays from 12 - 1.30PM
U16 & U18: Saturdays from 1.30 - 3PM
