CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the start of Day 1 = Full refund

- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice prior to the start of Day 1 = 50% of fee is forfeited if that spot cannot be re-filled prior to the start of Day 1

- Cancellations after the start of Day 1 = 100% of fees for that week forfeited

VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

By registering on our website, I have voluntarily enrolled my child to participate in the program and am aware that there are significant risks involved in basketball activities and training, which may result in unavoidable injuries.  These injuries may include muscle strains, ligament tears, broken bones, and more severe injuries including, but not limited to, permanent paralysis, or even death.  I am fully aware of the risks and possibilities of injury involved, and acknowledge that I am assuming the risk of such injury by my child’s participating in this program.

By registering on our website, I agree to allow Her Hoops AU to use images, clips and/or likenesses of my child for use on its website, social media platforms and other promotional materials without compensation to myself or my child.
